David R. Tucker is the founder and Lending Manager of CPA Mortgage Services LLC, He is also a CPA and the president of Tucker Thereur and Co, a Certified Public Accounting firm in Salt Lake City. Dave has some 38 years of public accounting, with extensive experience with small business. He is an expert in business and personal tax preparation. He has been originating residential loans for more than 25 years. Dave graduated Cum Laude from Brigham Young University-Hawaii, is licensed by the State of Utah to practice as a Certified Public Accountant, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a licensed Mortgage Broker in the State of Utah

MICHAEL R. TUCKER

Michael R. Tucker has been licensed to sell securities since 1983. He has been with Smith Barney, and is currently at Wedbush Securities. He was active as a licensed realtor from 1981 to 1985, and since 1989, he has been a Mortgage Loan Originator with CPA Mortgage Services. His stated goal is to "provide 100% customer service satisfaction.”

Daniel graduated with a BS Degree in Accounting from Utah State University. His love for socializing with others and knowledge of finance led him into the mortgage industry as a loan originator.
