The Rate Sheet is provided for the sole purpose of providing information for the exclusive use of our licensed residential mortgage loan originators.  It is not intended for use or distribution to the general public and is not intended as advertisement to extend credit.   

Furthermore, the Rate Sheet is intended ONLY as a guideline.  Rates, fees and programs are subject to change without notice.  Pricing does not include any add-ons which may be applicable due to loan size, loan to value, or FICO adjustments.

Please call or email the Loan Scenario to Dan Densley to ensure loan specific rates and adjustments prior to quoting any interest rate.

Maximum Loan Amounts are based on the HUD county limits.  Please review the FHA Mortgage Limits for the subject properties MSA.  Click Here to access the FHA Mortgage Limits search function provided by HUD.
