John Ravarino, CPA, Loan Originator

John graduated from the University of San Francisco in 1969, played three years of NCAA football and was a team captain. He earned an ROTC commission in the US Army and served 22 months during the Vietnam Era as a 1st Lt. He came back to Utah and worked 4 1/2 years with a national CPA firm, and 5 years in the industry as a tax manager for Gibbons & Reed Company, with whom he still does rental property tax works.  He currently offers TAX, accounting & personal financial services at his offices, in Salt Lake City (below right).

John as been a CPA for 35 years and a 'Mortgage Lending Agent' since 2002.   He has served on a half dozen non-profit organizations (currently, Intern'l Fellowship of Christian Businessmen and previously the SLC Mission, Guadalupe Schools and Ctr., Utah Non-Profit Housing Corp (with over 1,500 low cost housing units) and Catholic Community Services of Utah)  to metion a few.

His greatest accomplishments has been the raising of 2 sons and 3 daughters and the 15,000+ days of marriage to his wife Pat.

He enjoys travel (Italy the most) but also Utah, Idaho and elsewhere.  Hobbies are visiting grandchildren, fishing and reading.
