Clifford has been originating loans since 2005 and is a licensed Mortgage Lender Agent in the State of Utah. He has had significant accounting and management experience in the construction, manufacturing, retail, government contracting and real estate development industries. That experience included involvement in all aspects of business and accounting functions from controller, chief financial officer, and product development to director of marketing and sales. He has been preparing individual, partnership and corporate tax returns for the past 25 years. In addition he has conducted extensive fraud investigations and provided litigation support services. He is qualified as an expert witness and has provided expert witness testimony in the Utah First and Second District Courts.

Mr. Grover graduated in 1983 from Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree majoring in accounting and with a minor in business administration. He is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in Utah. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
