We are in the process of becoming licensed in several other states. Currently we hold active licenses in the following states:
- COLORADO
Companies are not licensed by the Colorado Division of Real Estate. However, several of our Colorado Members hold active licenses with the Department of Real Estate to originate mortgage loans.
- IDAHO
We are licensed with the Idaho Department of Finance, our License Number is MBL-4907 which does not expire until 12/31/2009.
- MINNESOTA
We are licensed with the Minnesota Department of Commerce, our license number is 20594116 which does not expire until 07/31/2011.
- TENNESSEE
We are licensed by the Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions, our license number is 3378 which does not expire until 12/31/2009.
- UTAH
Our company is licensed by the Utah Division of Real Estate as a Mortgage Lending Company, license number 5496850-MLCO. Our Managing Member/Owner, David R Tucker is our PLM (license # 5496852-PLM0) both licenses do not expire until 3/31/2010
