Licensing

Please contact us with questions regarding our licensing.

We are in the process of becoming licensed in several other states.  Currently we hold active licenses in the following states:

  • IDAHO

    We are licensed with the Idaho Department of Finance, our License Number is MBL-4907.  Expiration date 12/31/2011.

  • UTAH

    Our company is licensed by the Utah Division of Real Estate as a Mortgage Lending Company, license number 5496850-MLCO. Our Managing Member/Owner, David R Tucker is our PLM (license # 5496852-PLM0) both licenses do not expire until 12/31/2011.
