David R Tucker, CPA, PLM

Managing Member/Owner

Dave began practicing in September 1980 and was a licensed CPA in the State of Utah in 1982. He graduated Cum Laude from Brigham Young University - Hawaii in 1980 with a degree in Business Management. Dave spent four years with a national accounting firm, and then three years in private industry. In 1987 he partnered with Mark Papanikolas to form Papanikolas, Tucker and Co. The firm serves a wide range of clients in the automotive, architectural, minor league baseball and various retail and wholesale industries.  He loves spending time with his wife and three children.   His hobbies include mountain biking, skiing, reading, and playing the violin.

Mark E Papanikolas, CPA, ALM

Mark has been a full time practicing CPA since 1977. Mark graduated with a degree in accounting from the University of Utah. He later obtained an MBA with an emphasis in taxation from Golden State University. Mark is also a Certified Financial Planner. Mark started his accounting career with a national firm and worked with them for nine years.  In 1985 he ventured out into his own practice and shortly after partnered with David Tucker to form Papanikolas, Tucker and Co. The firm serves a wide range of clients in the automotive, architectural, minor league baseball and various retail and wholesale industries. Mark enjoys the close relationship he is able to establish with his clients. He believes in providing quality and in depth service. Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and five children. He is active in his church and is an avid golfer.

Dan Densley

National Account Manager

Dan began his career in the real estate industry in 1976, working for five years as a real estate agent.  In 1981, he worked with a title insurance company expanding my industry knowledge with the closing side of mortgage financing. Dan has worked as a mortgage loan professional since 1983 providing his clients and realtor partners with extensive knowledge and exceptional customer service.  Dan's business has been solely based on 100% referral, due to the strong relationships that he has built and maintained with his clients and business partners.
